Low income neighborhoods, but good neighborhoods, which reminds me of a story about a tenant I had  who lived in one of our really nice 4plex apartment building.

If a tenant ever procrastinates on signing a new lease (with a smaller increase,) reminding them of that clause usually gets a very quick signature on my new lease.Good luck.

For me, every time I listen to a BP podcast (I listen to all of them) and I hear that Realtyshares is sponsoring the show, I cringe, because it reminds me of the 3 nonperforming investments I still have remaining with them.The story is not over of course.

Reminds me of something I heard once (I think it was JP Morgan) who was talking about how when you do a favor for someone they end up resenting you for it. 

Reminds me of Scott Adams quote "My philosophy is that losers have goals and winners have systems." not saying @William Davis is a loser, but often times the how is just as important as the what.
