Plain & simple.

Right now I am working as a union fire sprinkler installer.... sick of it to say the least.

I'm also very sick of Cuyahoga County property taxes and the lack of accessibility on the east side.

I'd be aiming to have maximum longterm flexibility--rent the whole place for events while we travel, rent the lower level for a nightly STR when it suits us, or turn 1-2 of the levels into a LTR later on if I get sick of the STR gig.

you need to walk into the city planning, smile and play dumb... give them a sob story about your sick Mother in law, and wanting this property, but you just dont know how they handle things. 

You want the main, most important points to come across a clearly and as plainly as possible.

If the pet cat or dog kills the poisoned rodent and eats it; it can make the pet sick or death.

It's a slippery slope and soon you'll be caught up in an avalanche you have no control over.Your bank doesn't care if you lost your job, got sick, or have a new baby.
