Stick built WILL not fit an 18 month plan.

I am struggling to find a market that fits me.

I have been with several myself and I believe I have found the one that fits my needs with training and support.

Even though they are the expert, you still need to ensure they fit you well.

I do however agree with you that there’s no one size fits all approach and depending on the type of business that’s operated and location, the correct strategy may vary.

I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all answer there. 

I finally had to send a message that we were aware of the problem and would resolve it when we were able but that it wasn’t impacting the tenants physical use of the unit.

I lined some prospective new tenants kind of took my time, was picky, didn't find the right tenant yet, plus I had to get in there and paint/repair etc  but towards the end of the 60 days I was showing the place to some i thought was gonna fit and lo and behold the tenant calls me the day he suppose to be moved out and told me he changed his mind, going thru personal stuff and wanted to stay.

Some key pointers so that your operations go smoothly:Underwriting: Don’t shy away from the process of analyzing hundreds of deals before finding one that fits your criteria.
