By the time you need to evict due to hoarding they have probably violated multiple other more definable lease clauses.  

One possible way is to qualify for a loan, get a house with multiple bedrooms, and rent it out to multiple people.

Seems attractive for building a vacation home or a small Bnb complex with multiple homes.Has anyone here ever sold land from other countries to people in the US?

Also want to add that she had multiple violations such as having a dog with her while her contract states no pets and she was contacting repair facilities and acting as my agent or pretending to be a property owner and interfering with repair process.

I would recommend dropping the rent to get it occupied, and only raising rents slightly while occupied and making more significant jumps to get closer to market rate when a tenant has to relocate and cannot renew.Jesse, we've got quite a few new and newer duplexes in Lubbock and have not had any issues getting multiple qualified apps per vacant unit within a few days of listing it.
