I simply don't see how we will avoid monetizing the debt and inflating the currency long term.

Unfortunately this won't fix the inflation tax problem when the idiots in Washington are forced to monetize our debt because they can't grasp something as simple as a balanced budget.

For them to make money, they need students who they can monetize.The "customer" of real estate and lending are those who've found evergreen ways to monetize the benefits of use, control, lending, appreciation, etc. 

Real Estate is the only business that allows me to monetize my passion for architecture, design and my crazy diy skills, while filling a need in the marketplace.

I also own and manage a Duplex here in Portland that provides $750/mo net income.
