. - My two cents:- Focus on finishing your med school- Educate on REI when you take break and make sure you can do right thing with your money when you would have money and no time.

Hi Christian,YOU are awesome.Thank you--you are right on target with so many items above.I have a 16' class a buffer on both boundaries and have permission to reduce that another 25%.A major med institution is interested in my parcel BUT they require 6/1000 sf parking. ( Why wasn't Elon Musk born 20 years earlier-- then we wouldn't have these wasted paved parking requirements.)Anyway, the buyer prospect needs min 15,000 sqft... but cant get the 90+ surface parking #s.HATE TRIANGLES.Please, Let me know if you have ANY TIME tomorrow ???

I feel like I'm starting med school all over again ...Luckily no quizzes or all nighters but I am just to excited to learn... ;) 

I don't always have time to respond quickly since I consult a lot for Med Rehab Cos. 

You would want people to work & delay med school for 4-5+ years off to save enough to pay for med school, and lose 4-5 years of increased pay of a physician... like I said do you understand opportunity cost? 

We really only invest in the area just west of state line and just north of county line near KU Med.

Girlfriend is going to Drexel University Med School, and we are complete strangers to the area.

It would be great to enter total sq footage, number of bathrooms, linear feet of kitchen, and finish quality( low, med, high) and get a breakdown of labor and material, roughly speaking.For example- 8" foundation, $/per sq ft- Framing $/sq ft-no of bathrooms/kitchens cost of rough plumbing-rough electricaletc etc etc

(SS/Med) 15.3% is a Federal tax thing, not a state thing.

So far I have been looking at houses at $150k and under needing light to med rehab.
