Doesn't matter if there is no other reason to ask the question, if it can be misinterpreted it will be.Why do you have to tell tenants to not iron on the floor, turn off the heat when they go away for a week in the middle of the winter in Minnesota, that they can't change the oil on their motorcycle in the living room or not to wash their dog in the dishwasher...Common sense is not always common practice

First, that overflow pipe may be short like mine; Second, the overflow pipe was not property seated on the back of the tub, so it leaked; Third, those leaks have corroded the back of the cast iron tub, and lastly, once I opened the wall cavity, I can smell a bit of sewer gas.

@Tim Richard, I may be alone on this one, which is ironic, given that i went most of the distance on this one and have a Master's degree, but if you know you want to be in real estate/real estate investing, i would suggest you find a job that will give you the skill set to be successful in that field as soon as possible.

I guess you're thinking of something like Iron Mountain does, but rather than the storage place picking them up and dropping them off, you would be able to go as a customer to the local facility and access your storage room..http://www.ironmountain.com/Services/Records-Management-And-Storage-360/Records-Storage.aspx Sounds possible, but people who are busy want someone else to do it.

Account ClosedYes, there was an error in Zac's math, but ironically the result of 10K is closer to what he would probably pocket (or leave in the house as equity) after the refinance ... by the time you factor in interest, closing fees, etc.
