What does the internet/ research tell you about East Cleveland and N Collinwood?

The training sounds interesting, however, I'm skeptical.

I know of no other real estate training organization has a track record like that.

Whether it is asking the questions of the work order manager of the prop mgr or the owner when you are at the property (many multi families owner is still onsite) you can build rapport and swing a deal if you are trained....  

If you have sat in on Ari Newman's "How to Use the Financial Calculator to Structure Better Deals" training session, what feedback can you provide?

Whether it is the trained and licensed professional in real estate, inspection services, septic, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc..... we need them so organize them in your target area and jump in...  

All around Jackson, Conway and North Conway you can find some great SFR's, Townhomes, and smaller cottages that get a lot of traffic 365.You have 5 main Mountains to Ski/Snowboard/Tube plus lodges all in that area as well as a great off the beaten path town filled with coffee shops, Bars, Restaurants, Ski shops, Outlets, Mall, and a  Main train station that goes all the way up into the White Mountains. 

Tenant Turner.They are the best IMO.Had calls with ShowMojo and Rently and a few others also.ShowMojo is decent also.You have to do tutorial video's on how to use the bloody thing and really train the customer in order for it to work.There is an implementation curve that takes some time.If it can work in Toledo, I'm sure it can work anywhere hahaColleen.ai is next for usWill help with rent collections, follow ups, Q&A, etc...Really excited about Colleen lol
