It has been my experience in taking apart old wood trim that it's really challenging to get it off without splintering it.

I'm always out running around looking at properties daily so I'd be interested in taking a look at it and at the very least could provide feedback from an investor's point of view as to why it won't sell.

If you're not interested in taking on it, why not refer it out to an investor who does want to take it on?
