I always look at how quickly I can get my cash back and become what may be called “infinite” in that deal.

. $1400/$0 dollars of your own money=infinite return on investment.

Often times, my wife and I managed, and had cash in the deal, so we got in on both sides.Fortunately, or unfortunately, there are infinite ways you can structure it.

Most of our purchases have had all the investment extracted which provides a great (infinite) return.  

Infinite returns.

IMO they are infinitely better than SFR for new investors.

Commercial loans, infinite scalability.
