RE investors are not monopolies, the consumer has infinite choices. 

If you have a portion of the surround walls that do not extend to the ceiling, also be sure to cap that wall in such a manner that it can not be used as a "shelf".

At the supermarket you are trying to find a simple price, a number, which would occupy a smaller piece of real estate on the shelf then an QR code would, and you as a consumer are trying to look at possibly a dozen similar products at a single glance and knowing the prices of all of them at the same time is important. 

Houses are flying off the shelf even in the "bad" blocks.

so i just lost another contractor. as someone on here stated a few weeks ago, they are like a loaf of bread. they all have a shelf life. i tend to work with lots of insured, unlicensed contractors that of course can not comprehend that sticking with me would prevent them from having to bid future jobs.is being too nice a bad thing?
