As healthcare goes down he tubes, I am diversifying my income...I think.

I do know that Cleveland is enjoying an economic revival based on healthcare (Cleveland clinic regional hub), but long-term, I don't know what that will translate into population-wise. 

- Seekng to create passive wealth to achieve financial freedom (3-5 year target)- Looking to scale up to at least 10 rental properties in 3 years.- Interested in rent and hold SFH, MFH and >4 multiplex properties.- Happy married with 2 kids!

I am very new to this, hoping to gather a great education in order to set a path for more financial freedom for my family.

I work full time in health care where i want to start building other forms of cash flow.

I know this business can be very risky but I believe that it can provide the financial freedom that I am looking for in life.

Financial freedom is my main goal as I grow my own business so I can spend everyday with my family and because of this new profound love I have for real estate, I know I will achieve it.
