Considering I'm over 6 hours away, I will likely need to invest in a pool maintenance service to clean the pool weekly.

It's part of the cleaning cost.We also buy TP in bulk at Sam's club and put out plenty so that our guests don't have to bring any.

If you are going to clean up potential problems by getting redemption rights, get all of them. 

Obviously, if they have a credit score above 800 and a clean background check, I would tend to trust them more.On the other hand, if you have a property management company, meeting the tenants in person means they have your contact information and may call or text you before contacting the property management company.All best, Phillip
