Step 6 (start networking group): After attending the local REIA a few times and receiving a lot of value I realized that starting another group would bring at least twice the value.

Hey Caleb, There are a couple local REIA groups that would be good sources to come network with local investors.

While I secured the initial financing for the property, I have two other partners/groupings (a total of 6 people) that are contributing to the closing. 

I'm open to anywhere in the GTA, it's been difficult finding a meetup group so I'm willing to travel to Brampton/Mississauga!
