Guys and girls I need some help I found a deal for 45000 and I have 4 mobile homes already that I get 400 a month off of.. but the bank said I can not use them as  Collateral due to they are mobile homes.

Also been a tricky ride with working a full time job having a now 4 yr old and 1 yr old girls.

I believe in going out and networking is still the best way to find great deals... but, now I have a newborn baby girl (I am happy about this 😁).

My girl and initial goal is how would you construct a real estate empire?

College town FSU land... so, I took a deposit on 2/13 from an out of state tenant, 2 young girls, checked out ok, they had a local friend look at the place, all good.   

A prospective tenant is moving in, a guy with two small children he says that his girlfriend since she is staying in another city she will be staying there and we'll only be frequently over, how would you go about this?
