Need some Advice on how to get the bank to help me Finance

Guys and girls I need some help I found a deal for 45000 and I have 4 mobile homes already that I get 400 a month off of.. but the bank said I can not use them as  Collateral due to they are mobile homes. But it  Sits on 10.5 acres. Is there some over way I could get a loan on top of that one.. thanks guys.
