First step for me was electrical because I had old fuse boxes with some knob and tube wiring, which needed to be updated so I could add overhead lighting, dishwashers, GFCI/regular outlets, exhaust fans, ceiling fans, etc.

And maybe some performance bonus .. but no way do you have the earning opportunity as a NMLS licensed MO  .. in my case I am a Mortgage Banker which allows ever more flexibility with income potential as I can work for multiple outlets at the same time..
