I’ve heard from many (non-experts) that I’d need to stay for at least 5-7 years to avoid taking a significant financial hit, but that feels like a waking nightmare given how much this issue affects me.Financially, renting it out isn’t an easy solution either.

Applying a value add strategies can get you to much much more equity rather quickly.

Air DNA seems to indicate a low rate but I feel like the 108 corridor is exceptionally vibrant on the weekends.

The appraiser is there to determine fair cash value.

Value: I am paying current market value.
