What is the Facebook group you have set up?

Suddenly, sites like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube became my trusted surfboards, allowing me to ride the digital waves and connect with a large network of other investors.

Facebook and social media can have lots of local groups that you can put your Questions to locals "what does this area need".  

It may be possible that your accountant is confusing it with real estate professional status

You can also check their reviews online at Google, Facebook, or Yelp.

This is because many fill last minute rentals in downtimes with private rentals or through FaceBook groups, etc, which aren't showing up in the reports.
