When it rains it works ok until it fills with silt and mid, clogs the pipe and then you got ankle high water in the drive way.

when you hook up to city sewage , you have to pay a front foot assessment  ( covers the cost of the infrastructure )   then you have to pay a plumber to lay a pipe and connect , ( around $9000 ) then there is the hook up fee from the city ( around $ 20k in my area )    then you pay monthly sewer charges .i will take septic tanks all day long

From an operations stand point, make sure the quote from the contractor includes — full containment and HEPA filtered negative air movers that ideally can exhaust to the exterior, manometer with print out logs documenting the containment’s negative pressure throughout the mitigation, full removal of affected materials (drywall, baseboard), (wood framing can sometimes be sanded and then sprayed with a spor/fungicide), and finally an *inspection by a third party environmental hygienist for air clearance*.

Talking on the phone to people who haven't done their basic homework can be exhausting, so I don't call until further interest has been demonstrated.Like you, I don't rule it out, but haven't had Section 8 renters yet.
