I put $550,000 into the demo and construction of this new single family home with over 2900 SF, 2 stories, 3 view decks, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, huge yard, attached 2 car garage, and built in BBQ, fridge and bar seating for 7 on the backyard patio.

@Alison Cummins I bought a foreclosure, last owner let the cats run the place we demo everything and have been cleaning with bleach and painting with Shellac. 5 weeks later still cannot get rid of smell.

I was going to demolish one so pulled the demo permit, decided to sell it as is so called them and they just had me cancel the demo permit, I think it was just a form, but if I paid them it was $50 or less.
