We have a strong Australian presence amongst our clients, currently as you stated that marketplace is not as active due to the currency exchange. 

I am fine with productive discourse but when it is arguments from theory, 2nd/3rd hand knowledge it's just.... well it's a waste of my time to be honest, I can not help someone with their perception of instruction on something they have never experienced, especially something as variable and "wild west" as terms deals, as I have said the whole segment of the terms.... dream it up and that could be it the only rules are both parties agree, can legally enter a contract and equitable exchange of goods, services or consideration (contract'ese for currency).

Again that is my philosophy and the reality is that in an economy based on fiat currency no one has any ability to accurately forecast what rents or prices will do in the future.

And we already know my thoughts on these currencies' inherent stability.Now, I don't own properties yet.

I understand the difference on blockchain versus bitcoin, but how do people running blockchain servers profit when there is no crypto currency involved?

I'll rarely suggest anybody not to invest internationally, just for the fact that it's often a good idea to diversify out of your home country and currency.

This mistake probably reflects my anticipation of rising interest rates (although I believe it will be gradual)  when the Feds decide to begin raising the Fed Funds Rate.Given last week's news about China devaluing their currency and Wall Street's loss last week, it will be interesting to hear what the comes out of the September 16-17 meeting.

Well not a damn thing I can do about except buy more real estate with debt so I can take advantage of the destruction they are doing to the currency.
