Quite a few people make money at tax sales, but they do it with a lot of creativity and situational knowledge.

Companies are getting creative using drones. 

I think I've hit the analysis paralysis stage, and trying to get over it.Should I get over the anxiety and pull the trigger, or should I look at other creative ideas to build the portfolio over time? 

In my head I'd want to buy a property cash or creative terms with a private money partner for the home and maybe a 2nd partner for the furnishing and start-up funding.

Again, not a lawyer and just my $.02 creative thoughts. 

That said, there are huge benefits if you commit to it and get creative.

I came across a fairly creative deal.

Everything is endlessly and creatively "leveraged".
