Hello everyone im having a bit of struggle as regards finding national tenants for my property , im not talking about gigantic compass such as apple or wells fargo.

I think that it's possible to show compassion but also not get walked all over. 

It looks like a green compass.

Like most industries, there’s people without a sound moral compass.

A lot of people will say “it’s a business and it needs to be treated as such” but I think having a little compassion can go a long way, not just in RE, but life in general.

These are the questions/answers not typically disclosed to Buyers and Sellers from many Wholesalers and how a Wholesaler answers those questions says a lot about one's business practices and ethical compass.

Anger and fear for those who don't want to sell, but the personal feeling could look like compassion to the motivated seller.

I'm sure most will loose any compassion as soon as they see the opportunity to make an extra $15k...Any responsible and fair wholesalers with multi family deals?

The ones that are successful are able to make the seller very comfortable around them, are able to emit sincerity, compassion and empathy, and most important trust.
