DC has been undergoing major revitalization and as a result you can find good deals in all four quadrants (NW,NE,SW &SE) in DC. 

This isn't marketing per se, but what good is marketing if you do not land the deal.

You mention land contract which is not a rental agreement per se.

Edina is the wealthiest city in Minnesota.The neighborhoods you listed in South Minneapolis are all in SE Minneapolis, which is considered less desirable than SW Minneapolis.  

I'm in SE PDX and would love to meet more centrally than last time.

Thanks  Scott.Once I sent a property information to one of the realtors to give me a CMA on the property, she went and listed it under her name, never gave me the COMPS, but luckily the se will not be able to find any info on the property because the owner is not selling the property but her daughter and none the phone numbers are listed and the owner also does not stay in the same house.
