I see those names I wont even entertain lending on the property much less buying it.

People come for the food, nightclubs, entertainment, etc.  

I would entertain the moving in, assuming the housing market out there is insanely expensive.

Update: under contract 10/21.After digging and doing some research last night, I realized that the house is 4.1 miles away from the new Rams stadium and Entertainment District that is currently under construction.
