Good question Evan, I was just wondering the same thing, Does anyone know if you can you have both names on Title as joint tenants and the loan in one spouses name?

You probably are looking at some type of joint venture arrangement where you find the deal and take it to the investor.

We are not married but we own the home jointly.

Work with your neighbor to come to a joint agreement and ask for like 50% above market value or some other semi reasonable premium.

IDEALLY I would love to find an investor who basically has been doing this and wants skin in the game but does not want to deal with the head aches of the construction or management side.

The Philly house will also be in my name and my father's (we went 50/50) so do we create a joint account?
