I will never be able to pay him back for the value he brought to my life.Through his contacts he got me in a magazine, put me in his book oh and helped make me a millionaire starting with 30k lol.A true mentor will be financially free likely and no matter what you pay them it won't really matter as they don't need the money and will value their time and freedom too much at that point.

He has books/magazines full of plans. mostly Mediterranean style, but others as well.The two we used have 6" wall so either concrete block or 2x6 frames which is costly but great insulation.The two also were for slab construction like many FL homes.
