It's often deceptive, just like so many magazine models.

In today's market, we have 2000 Californians and New Yorkers a day moving into Texas with big cash positions from selling their high-priced homes.

Lots of New Yorkers see Philly as one of the last East Coast markets with very attractive prices.

My advice is to look little deeper then just what is posted in magazines and online.
