Due to the expected influx, which will be primarily people wasting my time wanting me to write up their weak offers, we will be charging fees to unrepresented buyers for services they want us to perform.

The lawsuits hit a weak point in the industry, made realtors look ill prepared.

I just logged in again this morning and the Custom Trip Length settings that I deleted yesterday were back today.

Have had crew's up to 9 men.It's almost a full time job just supplying product,  let alone babysitting them.9 men can do 4-6  four Plexes in 6 weeks .But ,  yes it took half of my day to and 2-4 hours every morning or evening getting product.Every one of my guys were, self employed for the daily work and paid cash every Friday. 

And in July, we have our annual Trade Show where you can connect with a lot of different vendors.Plan on flying in on Monday or Tuesday morning - attend the Meeting to make connections Tuesday Night - there are also a few smaller networking groups that will be meeting that same day in the morning, the next day in the morning.

I have an interesting deal here that came across my way this ,morning and have been running numbers on this to see if it is a good deal!

Morning All, Our portfolio under management is made up of roughly 57% CHA tenants (Section 8) and with that comes the task of annual CHA inspections. 

Then, after reading their contract this morning and running the numbers, we will go from netting $700/month to $400/month.

Ask questions and drill down on a few big ones and you will find some weak points if the ship is not run tight.
