Centered around surgeries, extended periods of rehabsand at time over-night, almost, periods of rags to riches and then visa versa.Still my background in commercial real estate finance,  hard money loans andother legal and creative methods of finance are extensive and no one can takethat away from you.  

Because of having my brain anuerism and stroke at age 54 just two days before I was scheduled for corrective surgery and otherwise being in pretty good shape, I was lucky that I was married to a woman that had been saving money for over 25 years and chose to keep me alive.  

That happened two days before I had preventive surgery scheduled.  

While I'm recovering from ankle surgery (no walking for the next week) this has been an awesome resource to dive into.

We gave her another 5 days, then she says apparently she is handicapped, and she lost her job, and she just had surgery and wants more time.

No this is not "brain surgery" but to become an industrial engineer took time for you right?

After getting a lot of doors slammed in my face and "What's in it for me" time wastes, I found this is not Rocket Surgery! 

He had only liability insurance and was on disability.  6 surgeries and 14 months learning how to walk again left me filing for bankruptcy. 2009 march, bankruptcy discharged.

REI is not the same as doing brain surgery where tenure is of utmost importance.I certainly wouldn't want someone with less than a year's experience to be doing heart surgery as opposed to a veteran with several years of practice.This correlation is not the same for REI.

Credit report is still analyzed for red flags: if they've got collection for $60 from pizza (true story) it's much worse than if they filed bankruptcy after getting medical bill after a surgery.
