No one can time the market, the best advice in REI is winter against springs but even then if you want to just buy X amount per half of year, X amount per quarter, or X amount per two years--cool.

I did this a few years ago and it still looks good as new, but I recently read that its not recommended to use fix-it-all on the exterior of the home because it can absorb the moisture in the air and further rot the wood. 

A Phase I site assessment is a non-intrusive site investigation and does not typically involve the sampling of soil, air, groundwater, and/or building materials.

That's a good question, I've seen this done in Clear Spring which is just west of Hagerstown.

See what I do not understand is imagine showing someone that birds can fly, by pointing at one in mid-air flying away, and then asking the person "OK IF what you are saying is true and birds can fly, how do they fly"? 

I am looking to invest in a property near a beach in Florida so I can air b n b it and vacation there with my family in the winter.
