.$100,000 can go a long way in many markets when it comes to property flipping.But then again, not everyone wants to be active so I get it.Something to also consider is how landlord friendly the state is.I've heard some horror stories with Illinois but potato "potato" lol.My tenant for example is high net and I get direct withdrawal payment on the 28th of every month and hasn't skipped a beat in 4 years.Wishing you much success

We will remove Q3 2019 because for some reason the data on our MLS is missing some quarters of mobile home data from that year but $42,000 was the median sales price of Mobile homes sold, we hit a peak of $89,000 in Q3 2021 but have stabilized with higher rates and a real estate slow down to between 79,000-85,000 this most recent quarter.That is a 49% increase from Q4 2019 to Q3 2023, averaging it is almost 10% per year!
