I will say emphatically there are no magic potions and no silver bullet you do the system, you work the system it does have results but everything is not for everyone and some take more time than others.

Also the neighborhood just south of campus Eagle Dr to I 35.

For appreciation, I like parts of Rockville (Northern part of 20851 specifically), parts of 20906, Silver Spring, Brightwood, Ivy City, parts of Alexandria.

How it moves in Strathmore at Bel Pre (a small subdivision in Silver Spring) will be entirely different than how it moves in say Burgundy Estates (A small dubdivision in Rockville) even though the prices are similar, and they are only a couple miles apart.

That's not to disparage the legal profession, I just think it's a clash of personality.Still, although I wouldn't make the same choice over again, I am trying to find a silver lining.

There does not appear to be a silver bullet solution and everyone has fatigue in dealing with it.
