I use it along with integromat to auto upload new contacts to mailchimp. there is a free version which allows upto 500 contacts and the paid versions begin at $9/month. 

Not super fun for plinking, but can't be beat for CCW. .357 version is great too: load up .38's for human predators, .357 buffalo bore in the wild.

QuickBooks Online is easier for consumer use, but I personally very much prefer the pro versions. 

I don’t mind paying for one if needed, I just need a better format than my DIY version in excel.

I have seen some very simplistic versions, whittled down to the main items, however this system works well for me.

I only have a single bore on the fronts so will look into a storeroom lock where it can be re-keyed as tenants move out. kwikset smartkey version of the storeroom lock.

So this is a long story... but I wanted to ask people's experience, if anyone has some.The VERY condensed version is that I am potentially going to purchase a house/property from my uncle.

I would recommend getting someone to set all that up for you and based on my wife's company that does similar things, it should cost you 700-1000 at the most to set all that up with your url and hosting, design, mobile version, seo and updating.
