This is has been horrible story for us...This horrible tenant had finally moved out, found out later from the neighbor he is under warrant arrest by the police the last 2 weeks before he is moved.

Mounties, Provincial and local police forces, as well as officers of the court, have access to the system.  

AND, it seems that nearly every available property comes with landlord paid gas and water (for those curious, my agent and contractor saw it's a safe neighborhood, spoke with the police captain for this District, and has been told it's safe, and has a strong Community Council and neighborhood identity- just low income). 

Have you have any issues with the police regarding being able to see out the windows?

Brian You are the master, great advice.For me, my LO sellers where too motivated and didn't need such a polished expert track like you've described!!  

It's block by block over there, some are okay, particularly right by the police station or as you move toward the north, but some blocks are pretty shady, I wouldn't go south of 106th.

It looks a little more polished, but I know Quest is functional which is what is important.

Look at the police records for the property as well as the local newspaper to see if there is any talk or rumors of local employers closing shop.
