Looking for some recommendations on general contractors in the Washington DC/ PG County Maryland area who are investor friendly.

Brokers have different splits some of them offer slot of support and training and have splits at 50/50 or maybe higher going to the broker.

He is adding 4 RV slots.

I feel like if I had that much money to put down I could flip 5-8 at once in PG and make a lot more then 100k.

A monthly allowance for every American who makes under a certain threshold—not slot just enough to potentially cover the basics—give all renters rent vouchers that ensure landlords always get paid, nationwide law that evictions can only be for a good reason like criminal activity, risks to safety, damage to the property, national right to counsel for eviction defendants, universal health care, universal college tuition, and make it easier to buy a home.I don’t understand how anyone can be against  those things?

DC and PG County offer more ample flipping opportunities.

HVAC journeyman certification at PG community college comes to mind or electrician, plumber, building maintenance engineer. its a 6k or so investment for the HVAC training (info below), but maybe there are scholarships to look into....
