The house could be horrible, and you could have tremendous upside if you go in and renovate, or wholesale to a flipper, but if the seller doesn't care about moving or doesnt have a "problem" that needs solving, it is unlikely you will get an accepted offer.

I honestly don't know how to go about this.I'm looking to enter the world of REI.I'm good with social media,networking,marketing and like to see how houses are remodeled etc.I have tried going to REI clubs.But i meet investors that wants $$$ For there classes.I'm willing to work hard and prove myself.i'm located in miami fl.any suggestions would help out tremendously

The numbers are so vague coz our currency ex rate is fluctuating tremendously lately.Prop2 - i will finish paying for it by the year end and put 5-7k into finishing it.
