Having lots of LLCs can be a pain, and if having all those LLCs causes you to miss any of the corporate formalities, you may as well not have had that LLC.

May as well make money from them with higher rents.

You will may a little higher interest rate, and normally need a little more in downpayment but it's a great way to get started!

@Alex F.Compared to the rest of the Riviera Maya, the negative is that you're 100% dependent on tourism.

By the time you add all that additional framing at a thickness necessary for adequate insulation, you may as well have simply framed the building and skipped the container.  

the issue is that if you buy something distressed with seller financing, you still need to pay for the rehab - so if you have to go borrow for that, you may as well just borrow purchase + rehab and BRRRR.the issue is - if you're inexperienced with it, why would investors loan you money to do it? 

Seems like the kind of thing where the cost for something basic is so high that you may as well spend the extra dough for something the whole family can use at once.
