Each unit was updated, which was difficult since the square footage of each unit varied between 302 square foot and about 850 square foot.Our mastermind included experts in Branding, due diligence, analysis, construction, and electrical.What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We all met at an ambitious Mastermind Event where we paid $25,000 to attend.

I am interested in networking and meeting up with people that are excited and passionate about real estate.

We had a great mastermind group this morning at breakfast.

I've advanced my life and career more from masterminds/mentors than anything I've done. 

There's also @Gal Peretz's mastermind in Nashua every 3rd Wednesday of the month, which is free.

I'd check out meetings & events put on by Edmonton Real Estate Investors Association (EREIA), Collaborate Real Estate, and Mogul Mastermind (all on meetup.com).
