I'm a buy and hold investor and rather new at that, so this is completely out of my league but I believe it to be a great opportunity for growth.I found a vacant lot in a very nice area of Metro Atlanta.

I know the project is out of my league so I am looking for those who would undertake the project giving me a stake in the project for bringing the idea to them.  

The building I was living in was a low income program (not Section 8 – federal subsidizing I believe) owned by Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle in South Seattle.

Let me start by saying this is waaaayyyy out of my league to even attempt to respond to, but I wanted to offer my two cents in the event it would lead to a solution.

I want to have 10,000 doors in the next decade. your in a different league than 95%of those on BP.. 

But everyone of them that comes to mind attended ivy league schools where they were generally surrounded by wealth.At the end of the day, an MBA can help open some doors, but it is the hustle that brings success, not the degree obtained.  

@Dillan Mamou I used to live in NYC....investing there was way out of my league at the time. 

It sounds like you want to play in the big leagues. 

@Kenneth Jiang I have the GC license for the projects we do in the apartment world, and I can tell you that development compared to what I do is the difference between T ball and the major leagues.
