I actually spent a few years in Dallas back in my early 20's.

Hi! I'm new to the DFW market and am looking for a real estate agent with investment experience. I'm looking to start with single family and go on to multi-family. Recommendations would be greatly appreciated! 

There is less competition there and more experience before doing that is a myth.I'm 61 years old and I grew up in Dallas, Texas. 

That as well as growing up in Dallas,, Texas have taught me very much. 

We still live just outside of Dallas and own our own home with the mortgage paid off about 22 years ago.Unfortunately, when 54, I had some medical problems that have made me bedridden and I have plenty of spare time. 

Does anyone know a buyers broker in the Dallas area?

I am looking to build a portfolio of single and multifamily homes surrounding Dallas but with the unfortunate timing of being let go before doing my first deal, I will have trouble getting a traditional bank loan. 

Do anyone in Texas a process or flowchart to payoff hard money loans (used to purchase rental properties in Dallas Texas) with traditional loans?

I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.I could go on and on but I will spare you that right now. 

I have about 30 years of construction management full time experience plus I was a licensed real estate broker in the Dallas, Texas area.
