If your supposed adviser, who also wants a fee for such advice, believes that the property is most unlikely to be worth $130,000.00 when the option is due and therefore the buyer will not buy the property then why, oh why would you even entertain such a dishonest deal?

If I ever feel like they are being dishonest I let them know that we check backgrounds, credit, criminal, and evictions before any move ins.
