Stepping off soap box now...

Life is short...we should spend time doing things we enjoy (whether that's self-management or soap carving).

I’d look up chemical/soap suppliers in the area, especially if you can figure out who the supplier is for those car washes.

@Logan Jones Here in Columbus, I had a tenant's kid pull the soap dispenser off the wall and not tell me about it. 

My goal isn't to sit home and watch soap operas all day.

Here in Chicago, demographics are extremely segregated and violence along with it, enough so that I'm surprised the federal gov't hasn't made more of an issue of the segregation (but that's a soap box for me to stand on in a different thread).

@Eric Turner  you got it right its MLM.. end of story.. and like MLM there is product there are course.. in MLM there is product too  soap  and baskets  and all other kinds of products.. you have 5 links and ACNits all basically the same.. those at the Very VERY tippy top of the pyrimad make massive money.just like Seminar guru's make MASSIVE money .. and most of us I don't care what you say if we could trade places and make 10 million a year getting on stage talking real estate to those that would pay us to listen who is going to turn that down.
