Had an issue where guests broke 2 chairs and snapped the bottom footrail off a bed. 

We told them we did not care and that they broke the lease (lease clearly states we are to be informed prior to any dog staying at the property). 

Say you have built up a net worth of $5,000,000 please don't take advice from broke  people saying  it's time to wholesale.. 😂 Maybe you could be priced 5% under fair market.   10% you leaving too much on the table.

Unfortunately after we'd started renovating the bathroom and kitchens someone broke in and stole all of our newly input materials and even the rough in.

So under normal circumstances if they had sold for 241k they would have broke even not considering interest paid.
