Not sure if that makes a difference or if it is worth while?

I've researched and narrowed down the schools, but if anyone has knowledge on which one might be more worthwhile, I'd love to know! 

If the subjects interest you, then I think they would be worthwhile.

My two cents - sounds like you need a Property Management Consultant, there might not be a big group of people that offer that service but would be worthwhile for you to solicit that type of help to do a run through of the portfolio and recommend specific strategies to eventually manage completely independently.

I am willing to invest in courses, however I would like for them to be worth while and full of useful content.

If you have a good rental market, then it is probably worthwhile to let her walk.

Just from a pure market standpoint, your are going to be hard pressed to find worthwhile duplex/single family homes in your price range from Greater Worcester -> East Mass.

Some of it is worthwhile, some of it just makes work.
