I have a woman who applied for the apartment whose only source of income is SSI Disability from the government...does anyone else have renters whose income is from SSI disability every month?

I highly recommend that you start out as a one woman operation and create a flow that works for you and creates the results that you want.

As Joe mentioned...People need to stop isolating: markets, deals, location, one's specific circumstance or situation, wholesaling, Buy & Hold ,flipping, man, woman, "I am only 16 years old what should I do", 2022, 2045.. etc. etc."

And the young woman who had talked to me, for being a section-8, through me, that she wasn't going to get it in 2013, due to she had to get on the waiting list, which was then a 2 year wait.

I have my second appointment with a woman facing foreclosure on Tuesday.

Was able to talk to the next door neighbor who told me a woman lives there who's been there for over 40 years.Her husband passed away last year.I would like to approach this woman, first to see if I can be of service to make sure there isn't a way she can save her house.

Many did NOT want to be working for a woman. 

The unit upstairs to one of my rentals is owned by a woman, who lives there in unhealthy condition.

I have the woman's original birth certificate which she left in a pile of trash which should help in locating their current hovel.
