Im literally in the final stages of closing on the loan and my rate would jump from %3.75 to %4.12.None of what she mentioned made much sense and later on in the day I reached out to another lender who said he's never heard of this fee in the first place Which I also found odd.

The paralysis by analysis stage is always the toughest phase to break past but once you apply the action with the knowledge you have, you will learn that it's not as scary as you once thought.

Remember soft costs like staging, appliances etc. in your numbers.

I am in the infancy stages of my due diligence and I definitely plan to do more background research before I start throwing out offers.

Some of the same organizations currently disposing assets are looking at new BFR communities in various stages of development.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.
