We purchase a 2.55 Acre Commercial Property that was unwanted for $500.00 total cost to the seller.  

Particularly on the Maryland side of the border where wholesaling is sort of a gray area.There is also the fact that it is constantly pounded into our brains by our local Realtor board that we are licensed to help in the purchasing and selling of properties.

SE Colorado is full of fantastic “unwanted” rural land deals.

However, the local economy was doing well, the dollar to pound was favorable (we got loans from a local British lender), and we bought slight fixers to live-in and improve, with a goal of selling for a profit and making gains on the currency trade.  

But others, through no conscience effort of their own might be bringing unwanted scrutiny.

I was sharing a direct mail message with some people I network with and they indicated that my message might not be legal and could draw some unwanted attention to me because I'm not licensed to broker real estate.

My two business partners and I are fairly new and have been networking, making offers, and pounding the pavement we have built up a decent buyers list.

I rarely find anything on my own.. except subdivisions etc.. other wise I share the wealth and let those folks do the pounding of the pavement

I'm not going to bash those guys as I really don't know much of their programs as I've VERY QUICKLY come to realize that there never has been and never will be a silver-bullet to being wealthy or losing a couple of pounds...

Will increasing the rent, above other area rentals, limit possible unwanted tenant applicants?
