Just food for thought.In addition to HML, there is private investors such as IRA holders (self-directed), people with $ in CDs earning tiny returns (compared to RE), family, friends, associates, etc.

I paid more for better seats, but the deal was there and I had to take it.When I first was looking, I was thinking of getting club seats cause they are nicer, you can get good sideline seats, and you have the indoor seating area with your seats that includes free food and drinks!!

I talked to him personally and he said NR is done and he was way up the food chain, he also mentioned that NR has a good product but is very pricey in today's economy.

I hired a Personal Trainer and realize that the gym is expensive, food is expensive, supplements are expensive just like anything else you do it's expensive and it's an investment on your body, personality, and how you feel and make people feel around you.

There is a big difference between running a business and having a hobby/passion.........if someone is rich and doesn't require their passion/hobby to put food on the table or clothes on your back then obviously you don't have to worry about a profit.
