Obviously, I want to make money, but not so I can live a lavish life with designer clothes or luxury cars.

Let me see if I can formulate my question -- this is for anybody here that has had any experience with custom home builders that knock down old, small, 1950-era houses and put up 3,500 - 4,000 square foot mini-mansions that go for $800-$900K.I got a seller that has asked me to come look at their house down around 610 in the Heights. 

Their desire is to leave a portfolio to their children however they will usually liquidate it as soon as they inherit and live a life of luxury.

I love being able to help people I meet along the way and get to enjoy the luxury of being able to have my family first; even though at times those things get lost in translation, I don't ever let that get in the way because I am focused, dedicated and reminded everyday why I must and want to do the things I do w/LOVE!  

There are cranes all over town building luxury apartments and the Denver metro area is expanding in all directions.

They said they should have used the more rigid luxury vinyl planks that have a rigid backing on them, or laminate flooring (which isn't as good unless it's waterproof) since this more rigid flooring wouldn't show any little dips in the sub-floor.

I really enjoy LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank). 

I have seen that LVT or luxury vinyl planks are being heavily promoted over regular Floating/laminate flooring. 

If you can stomach that, pay for it, and realize it's not an investment but a luxury and still want it you should probably go for it because you really want it.
